I have used BBV on a few occasions, with most interactions with Alana. Alana has diligently assisted my family with the closure of two family estates. These are extraordinarily complex, particularly with difficult family members, and I was continuously impressed with the service I received. Alana and other members of the BBV team have been helpful, cooperative and above all, when I have been confused or unable to comprehend legal jargon, the BBV team have been able to explain in layman’s terms what I need to do. I believe that you get what you pay for and with the positive results I obtained with BBV‘s assistance, it was money well spent.

I cannot speak highly enough of Daniel Loreck, the service he provided was second to none. He was patient, had excellent communication and seemed to really understand me and my concerns for my children and talked me through my many options. He kept me positive but also gave me realistic potential outcomes.Even in my mid-forties entering the family court system for the first time in my life is rather daunting experience, I had previously been to see one big law firms in Perth, where to be honest I felt like I was just a number and being passed done the line as I wasn’t important enough, so to find Daniel and to connect with him was refreshing.

As an expat I did not have much familiarity with Australian law, and when i found myself in a fairly daunting position overseas I was recommended BBV by several colleagues including friends of mine who were lawyers in perth, While I was overseas and caught off guard regarding a legal matter Daniel was able to coordinate legal motions to protect me in an urgent situation and gave me an optimal outcome.

Unhelpful!!!Money left in the trust fund, magically fees suddenly appeared without any explanation. It’s not worth chasing $1000 when a bottom feeder charges $450 plus gst and hour!!!Fathers I would strongly advise against using this legal firm!!
